TruckController Update - New sections for uploading driver documentation related to Covid - 19
TruckController will have two new sections (Covid 1 and Covid 2) where companies can upload driver documentation related to Covid -19.
To upload documents, click on "Fleet Manager" > "Document Management" > "Drivers"
Drivers will then have them available in the App to show to enforcement authorities on the road.
Instructions for uploading personalised documents for each driver on a bulk scale.
To upload multiple driver documents, please send your TruckController Sales Contact a PDF file with a size of less than 250 KB.
The name of the PDF file must be in the following mandatory format: XX_YYYYY.pdf
XX - Indicates the numerical code for document type. For example, COVID-1 = 63
YYYYY - Indicates the company code for the driver/vehicle/semi-trailer
