С 1 января 2021 года датская минимальная заработная плата должна выплачиваться водителям, выполняющим каботаж или дорожную часть комбинированных перевозок по территории Дании.

Минимальная заработная плата в Дании (164,96 DKK или 22,15 € в час) обязательна в следующих случаях: 

• комбинированные перевозки;

• каботаж товаров;

• каботаж пассажиров.

1. Сначала необходимо зарегистрировать компанию для датской минимальной заработной платы.

2. С помощью TruckController вы можете зарегистрировать поездки, которые вы производите по территории Дании. 

• Рабочий контракт - доступен в TruckController App для показа властям.

• Pay slips for the periods when the driver in question carried out cabotage with goods or passengers or combined transport within the last 12 months.

• Record of hours worked in Denmark (tachograph record). Obtain the driver's working time declaration in TruckController:

TachoManager > Reports > S3 Individual reports for driver and vehicle > Option B of the report " Grouped totals of driving, rest, work and availability" select the option "Breakdown by countries" and the report is sent to the TruckController App.

• Loading documents, CMRs or freight documents for the same period as the payslips (the previous 12 months for all the documents from 1.1.2021)

Fleet Manager > Document Management > Drivers > With Active Contract > click on the + sign and select the option "(65)Transport documents in Denmark".

Important Information: 

- All documents can be sent to the email address provided by the authorities from the TruckController App.

 - In the new version of the App, which will be released in February, it will be possible to seta password for drivers to log in.

 - On Android, when documents are viewed in the App, they are automatically saved. However, if you change driver they are deleted.

 - On iOS, when documents are viewed they are not saved, only when you expressly indicate that they should be saved. However, if you change the driver they will not be deleted.
