Dear Clients,As we informed you previously, the Supreme Court has issued the sentence that declares null the toll that the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, highway from Irun ( Spain/France border) to Alsasua, had been maintaining since January 2018 on the N-I and A15 only for trucks over 12 tons.Our website www.truckcontroller.com is already enabled so that you can claim the amount illegally charged in Bidegi tolls.How to make a claim1. Log in to your TruckController account, from the main menu, click on "Guretruck Legal Services" > "Claims" > "Bidegi Claim".
2. Click on "Bidegi Claimants" > "Create new claimant" and register the details of the company that is going to make the claim. Request the Contract and the Authorisation Document (power of attorney) from your Guretruck sales representative.
3. Click on "Add invoices", to register and upload the invoices, fill in the sections invoice date, invoice type, total invoice amount and amount claimed. Upload the invoice in PDF format.
The claim affects all amounts paid to the concessionaire Bidegi on the ASTIGARRAGA, ANDOAIN and ETXEGARATE tolls between 01/01/2018 and 14/05/2019 (date of passage of the toll).
If you cannot distinguish these tolls in your invoices, ask Guretruck to do it. When uploading your invoices, leave the field "amount to be claimed" blank. We will take care of all the steps to review the invoices, detect the tolls and calculate the amounts to be claimed.
4. You will receive a confirmation notification from us when your case has been submitted and you will be able to find a summary of your claim in the "Claims Analysis" section.

Please contact your sales representative to get informed about the contract and the Authorisation document (power of attorney) to be signed so that we can initiate the claim.
In case that Guretruck must review all invoices and calculate the amount to be claimed, the cost will be 40% (minimum 95 €).
